Subject Amendments to CME-Carvill Hurricane Index™- Based Contracts – Effective December 15, 2008

Last trade date rules will be adjusted for all CME-Carville Hurricane Index based contracts effective with the 2009 season contracts to be listed December 15, 2008.  In the past, Hurricane contracts have expired on November 30 th.  Going forward, the last trade date will be the first business day of the following new year that is at least 2 calendar days after December 31 st. 
 
For the 2009 season, the last trade date and the settlement date shall be 9:00 AM Monday, January 4, 2010.
